This skylight comes with a built-in flashing and a 4-in flat flange, eliminating the need for an extra flashing kit. It also includes a 20-year limited warranty and all necessary installation hardware. The Sun-Tek 22.5-in x 30.5-in Fixed Self-flashing Skylight with Tempered Low-e Argon Glass is pre-assembled and ready to easily install. The glass is argon-filled LoE3-340 double insulated tempered over tempered, providing the best thermal benefits. The built-in aluminum curb has a low height of only 2-1/8-in, giving it a sleek profile that is approved by the Florida Building Code and Texas Department of Insurance. It requires a minimum of 2:12 pitch or 9-1/2 degrees and is not suitable for use on metal roofs.
